the staff accommodated my erratic hours and i appreciate this. the room was spacious, clean and cute to me. the amenities added value to my experience.
the absence of on-site parking posed a challenge. i had to find alternative parking solutions nearby. this added an extra step to my arrival and departure.

i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the room included very nice coffee with cream. the hotel location was close to everything downtown.
i found the hvac system to be loud. the sink was in the room and not in the bathroom. next to the room there was a lounge and kitchen and i could hear people coming in and out.

the location was very strategic, close to many interesting spots. gastown, chinatown and the port were all within walking distance. stadium-chinatown station was also pretty close. my room was tidied daily and simple furniture was available. I felt quite good about my stay.
the ac unit in my room, it was not working. maintenance tried to fix it, but he failed. my belongings were at risk because the staff left the door open without fixing anything. i informed the front desk and received an apology, but there was no recompense.

this accommodation did not include a restaurant, but many cafes are close by. selection was great with many available options. the location makes accessing nearby dining easy.

i appreciated the early check-in i arrived around noon and the staff accommodated my request without hesitation the location is central i easily walked to most downtown attractions the room had both a microwave and a refrigerator which proved very useful. i also found the staff consistently courteous and helpful throughout my stay.
the vending machine offered powdered soap yet the laundry machines needed liquid soap a small detail but somewhat inconvenient if you planned to do laundry
